NOTEQUE

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what personal data NOTEQUE collects when you use noteque.org, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run the store, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone number), delivery addresses, order and subscription history, and reviews you choose to leave. If you sign in with a one-time SMS code, we process your phone number to deliver that code.

2. Payment data

Card payments are processed by our licensed payment provider. Your card number never touches our servers — we store only a secure token, the card brand, and the last four digits so you can recognise your saved card.

3. How we use your data

To fulfil orders and subscriptions, deliver to your address, send transactional messages about your orders, provide customer support, and keep the store secure. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: our payment processor, delivery partners (name, phone, address — the minimum to deliver), our hosting and database providers, and SMS/email delivery services. Each receives only what its role requires.

5. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. These measurements do not build advertising profiles.

6. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and invoice records are retained as required by Saudi commercial and tax regulations, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Contact us using the details in the site footer and we will respond promptly.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
