Terraces stacked like steps to the sky
At 1,800 metres, mist settles over Fayfa's terraces most mornings. Cool nights and highland soil slow every cherry's ripening — and slow ripening is where flavour comes from.
Our origin
Long before we roasted our first batch, farmers in the mountains of Fayfa were growing coffee on stone terraces cut by hand into the slopes. This is the story we carry into every bag.

At 1,800 metres, mist settles over Fayfa's terraces most mornings. Cool nights and highland soil slow every cherry's ripening — and slow ripening is where flavour comes from.

There are no harvesters on a Fayfa terrace. Each cherry is picked by hand at peak ripeness, sorted by eye, and dried with the patience the mountain taught its farmers.

We roast lot by lot so each one keeps the character of its terrace — honeyed sweetness, dried fruit, a quiet floral finish. Nothing is blended away.

From the farmer's hand to the kettle's spiral, everything arrives in one place: a cup that tastes of where it came from. That is the only promise on our label.
The dispatch
Harvest news, new lots, and brewing notes — a short letter, once in a while. No noise.
